These are the terms for buying a report from No One Wants Your App. They are short on purpose.

What you are buying

A one-time, US$29 digital research service: one manually researched, written report about the project you describe before payment and in the post-purchase questionnaire, delivered by email to the address you used at checkout. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your report within 24 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire. If we need more information we will email you at your checkout address, and the 24 hours runs from your reply.

What the report is — and isn't

• It is informational business research based on publicly available evidence and what you tell us.
• It is not a prediction or guarantee of whether any business will succeed or fail.
• It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and it does not create any professional-client relationship.
• Decisions about your project, and any money you spend or don't spend, remain entirely yours.

Refunds

If we are unable to provide the report you purchased — for example because your questionnaire never reaches us, or the project falls outside what we can research — we will refund the full $29 to your original payment method. Refund requests should reply to your Stripe receipt or report email. Because the report is a custom piece of work, we do not otherwise offer refunds once it has been delivered.

Your information

You agree that the project information you submit is yours to share and does not include anything you are not allowed to disclose. How we handle it is described in our Privacy page.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything arising from a report or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you purchase applies to your order.
